Music Monday involves a Lime and a Coconut

Over the next weeks, I’m featuring songs that hint at my current mystery novel, and I’m using music to do it.

Why not?

It kills two birds … you know the old saying.  I get to share songs, which I do every Monday, and provide clues to peculiar elements in my book.

To recap, the  first two clues were:

The Tide Is High” and “Crazy.”

Enjoy “Coconut” by the late, great Harry Nilsson. It features three distinct characters (the narrator, the sister, and the doctor) all sung in different voices by Nilsson.

If you want to read other genres I write in: erotica/romance, flash fiction, and short stories with a twist, check out the selection.

Have a wonderful week, stay tuned. 😉

  1. Nilsson Schmilsson. It’ll be knocking around in my head now. 🙂

  2. I always get a kick out of tunes from that time period . . . my mate didn’t remember this tune, and now wants to forget it, and I keep humming the tune wherever we meet in the house . . . more coffee? Would you like some lime with that?

  3. Now I can’t get visions of musical gorillas out of my head… or that earworm song!
